Ordering and shipping
Your order will be processed within 24 working hours, the item(s) will be manufactured and packaged within 7 days and then dispatched.
For orders shipped from France, please allow an extra 3 working days for delivery, i.e. a total of 10 to 11 working days for receipt of the parcel in Made in France.
For our orders shipped from Asia, please allow an additional 5 to 8 working days for delivery, so a total of 10 to 20 working days for receipt of the parcel.
Once you have paid for your order, you will receive a tracking link by email once it has been dispatched. It is possible that the e-mail will arrive in your spam folder.
If you do not see the e-mail, you can contact us by e-mail so that we can send you the tracking information.
We do not keep our customers’ bank details in order to protect them.
We deliver worldwide. Depending on your country, there may be customs charges.

Returns and exchanges
Our aim is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your balaclava.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal within a legal period of 14 days, without having to justify your decision or pay any penalties, with the exception of the cost of returning the item.
