Delivery

Delivery is free on our shop. We work with many trusted artisans and manufacturers around the world. When you place an order, it comes straight from their warehouses. This allows us to pass the savings from free delivery around the world on to you and enables us to operate more sustainably. Our customers can generally expect to receive their items within 10-20 working days of dispatch. Lead times may vary depending on the manufacturer, but orders very rarely exceed the maximum lead time of 30 working days. All orders are processed and dispatched within 2-5 working days from the date of order. We work with many suppliers. If your order contains several items, it is likely that they will be dispatched and delivered individually within a number of days. We cannot guarantee that all items will arrive at the same time. Depending on your location and that of our supplier, you may be required to pay import and customs charges on arrival in your country. We are not responsible for these charges or any other associated taxes. Products returned to us due to unpaid charges will not be refunded. If you request a redelivery, charges will apply.
