Refunds & Returns

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of the order being placed. After this time, cancellation is no longer possible. On receipt of this request to cancel the order, the Customer will be reimbursed within a maximum of fourteen (14) days.

From the date of receipt of the products, the Customer has a period of 14 clear days in which to retract the order, without giving any reason or incurring any costs, with the exception of the cost of returning the goods, which will then be at the Customer’s expense (unless the exercise of the right of retraction is due to an error on the part of our company in the preparation of the order or in the event of the implementation of the legal or conventional guarantee), the estimated amount of which varies according to the type of product and its weight. When the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.

Only the price of the returned product(s) will be reimbursed, as well as the initial shipping costs. This refund will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receipt of the products by our company. The price of these products will be reimbursed according to the initial method of payment used by the customer at the time of purchase. Cash on delivery will not be accepted for any reason whatsoever.

This right of withdrawal will only be accepted for products returned within 14 days of the customer’s decision to withdraw and on condition that they are returned new, complete (in particular with their accessories), in their original condition, in their original packaging, and can once again be offered for sale.

Products returned incomplete, damaged, stained or soiled by the customer will not be accepted.

Thus, any product that has been damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged in conditions that go beyond simple opening will not be reimbursed.

The right of withdrawal in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations is not possible when the product has been personalised to the customer’s specifications.

Before returning any product, the customer must bring the invoice or delivery note and contact our customer service department by email, which will tell them what to do to ensure that their case is processed more quickly.
